TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHEEL THROWING WORKSHOPS:

• You will need to be able to attend all dates as make-up classes and refunds for specific dates are not available.

TERM CLASSES or BLOCK BOOKINGS:

• Term classes and block bookings are paid upfront. Refunds for specific dates are not available.
• 1 reschedule per term is available for unforeseen circumstances if notified within 48 hours prior to the class. Make-up dates will be dependent on teacher availability and class capacity.
• Make-ups are not available for no shows.
• Notification of inability to attend class is preferred via call or text message.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

• To reschedule at no cost or cancel and receive a full refund, a customer must notify info@grounduppotteryau.com.au at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event.
• Within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
• If you reschedule within the 2 weeks (14 days) of the event, you will be charged a 30% late rescheduling fee based on your event price. This will be payable before your new date is confirmed.
• After we have contacted you to confirm the final group size, there will be no refunds for party member cancellations or no-shows.
• Please note only guests that have been booked in for the event are allowed to be in the studio while the session is running. 

GIFT VOUCHERS:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years after purchase. They are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS:

• Classes or sessions will not be extended for students who arrive late.
• Make-up time/lessons will not be available for students who arrive late to class.
