Wheel Throwing Group Classes

When ‘pottery’ is mentioned, images of throwing on the wheel come to mind. If this is something you’ve always wanted to try, then our group classes provide the perfect opportunity.

In group classes you will learn techniques to prepare your clay, centre and make a variety of shapes. No experience is required and we provide you with everything you need including clay, tools, equipment and glaze. Classes are run on a term basis so your class will be the same day and time each week. If you have any physical challenges, please reach out to us before booking so we can ensure this is the right class for you.

Classes have a maximum of 5 spaces (minimum 2 students required) and are:

• Tuesday evenings 5:30pm – 7:30pm
• $65 per class (booking confirmed following full payment for the term)
• suitable for ages 18 and above (Ages 15-17 welcome when accompanied by an adult also participating in the class)

Term 4, 2024 is an 8 week term. Classes commence 15th October and conclude 10th December (NOTE: no class on 5th November due to teacher unavailability)
